6. Authorization & Signature

I authorize East Bay Notary Express to process my document(s) for Translation Service. I acknowledge that all quoted timelines are provided as estimates. While we can’t guarantee exact dates, we always strive to complete your order as quickly as possible. Certified translations are issued electronically. Original certificate with a wet signature is only provided if requested and approved before we begin. I acknowledge that upon submitting this form, my orders are final and can no longer be canceled. I confirm the information provided is correct, and I agree to the Terms and Conditions on the East Bay Notary Express website. Full payment of service fees is required before processing begins, unless otherwise agreed.
